• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to define the talent acquisition strategy and hiring criteria for various roles
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, events, etc.
• Screen and assess candidates for fit, skills, and motivation using behavioural and competency-based interviews.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers on the hiring decision and offer process
• Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and the Payments industry

• At least 3 years of proven experience in Recruitment / talent acquisition
• Experience hiring across different verticals, particular within Product and Tech
• Known network within the Product and Tech space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Experience in conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews and assessments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
