This is a hands-on standalone Talent Acquisition Partner role, responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment. You'll work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Duties will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across business functions Partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and build robust hiring plans Advising on recruitment best practice, sourcing strategies, and market insights Building strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and talent pooling Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey from application to onboarding Supporting employer branding initiatives and process improvements About the Successful Applicant: You'll have 5+ years solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
