Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales & Commercial (EMEA); 3-month FTC
About the Role As a key member of our Talent team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be the strategic advisor and talent acquisition lead for our Sales and Commercial functions across EMEA. This role is accountable for developing and executing talent strategies that attract top-performing commercial talent across enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, customer success, and go-to-market teams. You’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a seamless, data-informed, and high-impact hiring experience. As a subject matter expert in sales and commercial recruitment across diverse EMEA markets, you’ll bring deep regional insight, strong business acumen, and a consistent focus on hiring excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Commercial roles across the EMEA region—from role definition and strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Serve as a strategic talent advisor to sales and commercial leadership, providing market insights, talent mapping, and hiring strategy recommendations across multiple EMEA geographies.
