What youll be getting stuck into as a Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Leading and evolving the performance management framework to drive accountability and development
  • Designing and delivering learning and development strategies across apprenticeships, graduates, leadership and career pathways
  • Driving talent, succession and future skills planning for technical and engineering roles
  • Managing day-to-day HR operations for the site, including employee relations and policy implementation
  • Embedding engagement, coaching and recognition initiatives that strengthen culture and retention
What youll bring to the table as a Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent with strong generalist HR experience
  • Background in talent development, learning & development or organisational development
  • Experience designing career pathways for engineers or technical teams
  • Proven capability managing employee relations and site-based HR activity
Working hours
Full-time, with hybrid working available up to one day per week from home.
