This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well known, global organisation on a 12month maternity cover contract. You'll take ownership of recruitment activity across the UK business and play a key role in shaping both candidate experience and hiring manager support. This is a standalone Talent role working closely with a collaborative HR team who are committed to improving processes and partnering effectively with the business. This role would suit either a strong Talent Coordinator with some hands on sourcing experience, or a more experienced recruiter looking for a varied and autonomous internal role who enjoy managing processes end to end. You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing a busy workload across manufacturing, head office and corporate functions.
