What will you be doing?

Managing the full recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement
Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
Sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates
Arranging interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the process
Providing market insights and salary benchmarking advice
Building strong long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Collaborating with colleagues to share opportunities and celebrate success
Contributing ideas that support business growth and innovation
