Job Description
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management Manage end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition CoE projects across core pillars: Recruitment Channels and Top Talent Relationship.
Strategic Partnership Management & Talent Market Intelligence
Responsible for managing headhunting vendor relationships and maintaining partnerships, gaining insights into leading talent in the market, and providing critical market intelligence to support recruitment strategies.
Strategic Project Management Define project scope, KPIs, and timelines; ensure on-time delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and vendors to drive program success.
Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and progress updates for global/regional stakeholders.
Global Standardization Develop frameworks, toolkits, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across regions.
Talent Innovation Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience enhancements in key markets.
International Scope Drive HQ-led initiatives with localized implementation across multiple countries.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree above in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience
5+ years in TA project management or TA Channel Management
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects globally/regionally.
Strong grasp of TA lifecycle metrics and operational levers.
Skills & Competencies
Project & change management expertise.
Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Strategic mindset with ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.
