Cammach are currently recruiting a Systems Accountant on behalf of our client, an independent oil & gas operator. The role will be on a 6-month contract and offers a hybrid working arrangement. ROLE Provide Masterdata support to the Corporate ERP systems, creating and maintaining system masterdata whilst ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities Direct SAP Support

Ongoing support and maintenance of finance masterdata within SAP including, amongst others: Business partners GL accounts Profit centres JV equity groups

Cost Centres & WBS Elements

Ensuring data integrity by employing and displaying robust process and controls Raising awareness of key cross‑functional interdependencies of masterdata across systems and associated masterdata attributes Performing system functional integrity testing where appropriate Internal and external audit support as required

Other Activities

Undertake Master data support role for Wintershall Dea systems Administrative support for regular user account and control reviews Administration for finance peripheral systems Any other reasonable duty as per instruction by your manager.

Requirements

Degree qualified and with recognised accounting qualification ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent Excellent accountant or qualified by experience with proven track record Strong analytical skills Experience of SAP masterdata is preferred Strong MS Office skills Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at interacting with individuals at all levels in the organisation Focus on service delivery to business and functions Flexible and responsive to stakeholder requirements and changing environment Ability to deliver high quality work by deadlines and work effectively under time pressure
