ESG & Sustainability Transformation Lead – Contract £700p/day | Outside IR35 | Mostly Remote Location: Luton & Cambridge (ad hoc travel, 1–2 days per week as required) Experienced ESG & Sustainability Transformation Lead required for a global sustainability and SAP-enabled transformation programme. The role focuses on aligning a digital sustainability platform with BAU sustainability operations, supporting Mexico deployment and UK readiness activities. Key responsibilities Align digital sustainability solutions with BAU sustainability processes Support Mexico deployment, UAT closure, and go-live readiness Coordinate across sustainability, technology, build, and BAU teams Define roles and responsibilities at go-live Support UK design and build readiness activities Required experience ESG strategy, compliance, and non-financial reporting Large-scale technology / SAP transformation programmes Ideally, strong SAP knowledge (transactions, reporting, data integration) Global, cross-functional stakeholder management Proven delivery and project leadership Excellent communication skills Contract £700 per day Outside IR35 Mostly remote with travel to Luton & Cambridge as required
