Sustainability Consultant - MEP\n\nEdinburgh or Glasgow\n\nOutside IR35\n\n3-Month Rolling Contract\n\nAs well-established building services consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior level sustainability consultant to join them on a contract basis.\n\nThe consultant can be based in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow office.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have experience on the energy modelling, compliance and building physics.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\n * Technical background in building services with a forward thinking technical approach to sustainable design across both embodied and operational carbon, based in fundamental engineering knowledge\n\n * Experience of sustainability certification schemes (e.g. WELL/BREEAM)\n\n * Experience in consulting, delivery and implementation of carbon and project sustainability strategies\n\n * Experience in energy, parametric and CFD modelling considered an advantage
