We are seeking an experienced and driven BREEAM assessor to join our expanding Environmental & Sustainability Services team.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects that contribute to a more sustainable future while advancing your career in a supportive and innovative environment.\n\nBenefits\n\nWe value our team and offer a range of benefits to support your professional and personal growth, including:\n\nFlexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.\nA competitive salary of £30k-£40k, depending on experience.\nA generous holiday allowance.\nEarly finish on Fridays at 2pm.\nA contributory pension scheme.\nA cycle-to-work scheme.\nA hybrid working environment to suit your needs.\n\nDay-to-Day\n\nYour typical day will involve:\n\nManaging and delivering sustainability assessments for a variety of projects.\nPreparing detailed reports and documentation to support certifications and client requirements.\nEngaging with clients and project teams to provide expert sustainability advice.\nConducting site visits and evaluations to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.\nCollaborating with colleagues in a hybrid working environment to achieve project goals.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs a Sustainability Consultant, you will:\n\nDeliver BREEAM assessments, as well as CEEQUAL, HQM, WELL, and Fitwel assessments and certifications.\nConduct sustainability analysis and reporting, including Net Zero advice, Carbon Life Cycle assessments, and Pre & Post Occupancy evaluations.\nProvide expert advice and guidance to clients on sustainability strategies and environmental performance.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability principles into building designs and developments.\nStay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental assessment.\n\nQualifications\n\nTo excel in this role, you will need:\n\nA BSc degree in a relevant environmental or sustainability-focused subject.\nRelevant BREEAM qualifications and memberships with professional bodies and societies.\nProven experience in environmental assessment methods, including BREEAM, WELL, CEEQUAL, LEED, and HQM.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nA full UK driving license.Interested?
