Sustainability Consultant\n\n£35,000-£40,000\n\nBirmingham and hybrid working\n\nBREEAM focus \n\nMy Client, a market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in Birmingham is searching for a Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM AP qualified) to join their friendly team.  You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.  \n\nAs a Sustainability Consultant you will be expected to complete;\n\nBREEAM Assessments.\nWhole Life Carbon Assessments.\nLife Cycle Assessments using OneClick LCA.

 \nAnalyse complex datasets to quantify whole life carbon and present findings clearly to Clients and recommend solutions.  \nAddress Client queries and concerns following LCA results and recommendations.  \nLCA Project Management including delivering projects to time and budget.

 \nConduct technical verifications of building LCA studies.\nDevelop the carbon management platform, CarbonCentric.  \nSustainability Statements.As a Sustainability Consultant, you are expected to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy and ideally be based close to Birmingham as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.  \n\nYou will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g.

Environmental Management, Energy, Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM AP qualified.  \n\nIt is beneficial for candidates to have experience completing Sustainability Strategies, LCA Assessments and/or Whole Life Carbon Assessments.  \n\nCandidates are also required to have a passion for delivering sustainable solutions for eco-friendly buildings and advising clients on environmental impacts and energy efficiency.
