Job Description
If you're a Property Manager looking for exposure to Asset Management, this is your chance. You'll build on your current expertise and develop strategic skills that go beyond day-to-day management to shape long-term value.
This role sits within a leading multidisciplinary property consultancy with integrated services across the entire property lifecycle. With a strong presence in London and a reputation for managing diverse portfolios, the firm provides a collaborative environment with clear opportunities for career growth.
You'll have the chance to think commercially and drive value. You'll manage strategic initiatives, lease renewals, rent reviews and service charge budgets, while liaising with landlords and tenants and providing advice to clients across a diverse portfolio that includes multi-let industrial estates, offices, retail and mixed-use properties.
The Ideal Candidate:
Skilled in service charge management and reconciliation
Has experience with industrial assets
Commercially minded with willingness to get stuck in
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is desirable
