£14.13 per hour (PAYE) Location: Kettering (NN16) 37 hours per week 2-Month Contract (with potential extension) We are currently recruiting for a Survey & Data Support Officer to support a local project combining field-based survey work with administrative duties. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about as well as working with data. The Role The main focus of this position will be conducting face-to-face bus surveys with members of the public across Kettering, alongside supporting administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include: Conducting bus surveys in person with the general public Engaging confidently with passengers and building rapport quickly Accurately recording survey responses Supporting data entry and admin tasks Working with Excel, Word, and specialist systems Converting bus stop codes and updating records Assisting with clearing outstanding data and survey information Working Hours This role requires flexibility, including: A variety of start times Evening and weekend work Hours dependent on survey schedules and routes About You We are looking for someone who is: Confident and comfortable speaking to the public Friendly, approachable, and...
