Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're recruiting a Supported Housing Worker to join a values-driven team supporting individuals experiencing homelessness to build brighter, more independent futures.
This is a rewarding frontline role where no two days are the same - and where your work genuinely transforms lives.

• Deliver tailored support and housing management to clients
• Support people experiencing homelessness to move toward independence
• Build effective partnerships with local agencies and professionals
• Maintain accurate, clear, and timely client records
• Track referrals into the service
• Promote a safe, supportive, and empowering environment
• Work collaboratively within a rota between 08:00-20:00

Additional duties may be required in line with the needs of the service.
What you'll need to succeed

• Experience supporting people with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
• Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment
