Supported Housing Officer - Immediate Start Chiswick | £18.30 per hour (3-month contract) | Full-time, onsite Are you an experienced housing or support professional with a passion for working with vulnerable adults? We’re working with a brilliant organisation that provides high-quality supported housing to veterans. They’re looking for an empathetic and organised Supported Housing Officer to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract. Based onsite in Chiswick and working across a small number of London locations, you’ll be a visible and trusted presence for residents - supporting new tenants to settle in, managing tenancies, promoting wellbeing and community involvement, and helping people maintain their independence. You’ll work closely with external agencies and take a trauma-informed approach to any issues around tenancy breaches or anti-social behaviour. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be proactive, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with vulnerable adults (ideally including the veteran community), along with a good understanding of housing law, tenancy management, and safeguarding will be essential.<...
