Supported Housing Assistant Lambeth Fixed term - Maternity Cover (12 Months) Salary: £26,982 - 28,402 To be part of a small and highly experienced team providing a high quality housing management service to supported housing customers in Metropolitan Thames Valley owned/managed properties in South London, Monday- Friday 0900-1730. Our team is growing due to winning a number of new Care & Support contracts. For the right candidates this role will equip you with a wide range of skills and knowledge to help launch a career in housing. The role is varied and tasks will include health & safety checks, void inspections, tenancy sign-ups, and regular face-to-face contact with a range of customers. There is a mix of office-based tasks and scheme visits, with some opportunities to work from home. We work in partnership with other teams across MTVH, as well as external organisations providing support. You will be provided with a range of training to help you grow your knowledge and professional skills, with access to support and mentoring to put you on the path to a fulfilling career in housing.
