Shifts: 4 on, 4 off, 2 x 07.55am - 19.00pm & 2 x 10.00am - 21.05pm Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: Duties and Responsibilities 1. Service Delivery: To ensure that the services delivered to residents are of the highest quality, by contributing towards project performance against internal and external requirements. 1.1 Under key worker arrangements, coach and support an agreed number of residents so they can articulate their aspirations and ambitions and take the lead in acquiring the skills they need to live independent and fulfilled lives. 1.2 To deliver one-to-one support sessions, co-produce groupwork and activities and work with residents towards independence, that meets their needs, wishes and aspirations. 1.3 To work creatively and effectively alongside residents to inspire and encourage them to develop their talents as they seek education, employment, volunteering and training opportunities. 1.4 Ensure residents are encouraged to take responsibility for their own personal development, to engage with the services on offer and build strong networks and connections within the local community to sustain their journey when they move on. 1....
