A home, not just a service
Our Northfield Park service is home to up to four adults with physical/learning disabilities. Our service feels like family relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
15 hours per week.
Shifts include: 8am to 3.30pm. 9.30am to 4.00pm, 3.30pm to 11.00pm
Sleepovers: 11pm to 7am (additional) Youll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication Encourage independence through a person-centred approach Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities Keep clear, accurate records Most importantly help each person live life on their own terms
No previous care experience? No problem well give you all the training you need.
