Support Worker

Our service contains 8 individual flats and service users with a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Our residents love participating in a wide range of activities, ensuring no two days are the same.
Your role will include:
Encouraging service users to participate in activities in the local community
Supporting service users with activities they enjoy, including shopping and going out for meals and drinks
Supporting service users with weekends away and holidays
Support with personal care
Administering medication and lone working
No previous care experience is required, and we offer both full-time and part-time hours, worked flexibly according to the service's needs.
