About The Role
Application Requirements: Must have either Two Years of driving experience, OR to have had no motoring convictions (including speeding points) and have had no fault accidents in the last three years in order to progress onto next stages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
- Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
- Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
- Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
- Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
