The Forum School, a 38-52 weeks school and home for children and young people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, in Blandford Forum. Key Responsibilities Assist young people in developing life skills, qualifications, and confidence. Provide a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes individual growth. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans. Act as a positive role model while engaging young people in educational and social activities. Facilitate and support daily living tasks and routines, ensuring safety and well-being. Required Skills and Qualifications: Genuine passion for improving the lives of young people. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Flexible approach to shift work, adapting to varying scheduling needs. Mature, calm demeanour with active listening skills.
