I require support with my daily living needs to enable me to live as independently and comfortably as possible. I have an established team who know my routines well, and I am looking for someone who can step in when regular staff are unavailable.Main Duties May Include:Supporting with personal careAssisting with daily routines and tasksHelping with mobility and transfersSupporting with meals and hydrationSupporting me with my ventilation needsAssisting with social activities or outings when requiredWorking alongside and following guidance from my existing care teamI am looking for a reliable and compassionate bank support worker to provide occasional cover for sickness and annual leave within my established care team.
