We are working with a range of services supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements . What youll be doing As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in improving the lives of the people you support. Duties include: Providing day-to-day care and emotional support Supporting individuals with daily living activities (meal prep, personal care, routines) Promoting independence and choice Assisting with community access and social activities Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures Pay & Benefits £13.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on shift & experience) Flexible shifts days, nights, weekends available Work available across Belfast and surrounding areas Ongoing work with the potential for long-term placements Full training and induction provided 24/7 support from our dedicated team ...
