Prime Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Support Workers for roles in Ballycastle and surrounding areas . We are partnering with a range of care providers supporting adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements .

What youll be doing As a Support Worker, your role will include:
Providing high-quality care and emotional support
Assisting with daily routines, including personal care where required
Promoting independence and dignity
Supporting service users in the community and with social activities
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Pay & Benefits £13.00 £17.00 per hour (depending on experience & shift type)
Flexible shifts days, nights, weekends available
Local work across Ballycastle and nearby areas

What were looking for Previous care/support experience (preferred but not essential)
A compassionate and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently
Willingness to complete an Access NI check (we can assist)
