About The Role
About the Service
the Location is a spacious, open-plan bungalow supporting five individuals with complex care needs. Each person has their own bedroom, and the shared living, dining, and kitchen areas create a warm, inclusive environment.
We provide:

Full personal care (washing, dressing, feeding)
Oxygen therapy and suctioning
Hoisting and manual handling
Community-based support and outings This is a vibrant, person-centred service where every individual is celebrated for who they are.
About the Role
Your day-to-day will include:
Standard support worker duties
Assisting with oxygen therapy and suctioning (training provided)
Medication administration and manual handling
Supporting individuals in the community
No prior experience in complex care? That’s okay—we’ll train you. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your commitment to making a difference.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Kind, reliable, and ready to take on a new challenge
Experienced in care (desirable) or bringing transferable skills from other sectors
A team player who values diversity and person-centred support
