Support WorkerWe are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to support people to live independently and well at home in their local community.Position: Support WorkerSalary: £12.21 to £12.99 per hourLocation: Hexham, NorthumberlandHours: Part time and flexible hours availableContract: PermanentClosing Date: OngoingAbout the roleAs a Support Worker, you will provide person centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.Key responsibilities include:Providing personal care and support with daily living tasksOffering companionship and emotional supportAssisting with meal preparation and household tasksSupporting individuals to access their local communityWorking collaboratively within a small, supportive teamPromoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all timesYou will typically work in shift blocks across mornings and evenings, including alternate weekends.About youWe are looking for people with the right values and attitude.
