Swan staff Ltd are seeking support workers for our client based in Clacton on sea, they are a warm, community-focused service based in Clacton-on-Sea, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mild to moderate mental health needs. We’re dedicated to helping individuals build independence, gain life skills, and lead fulfilling lives.

We’re currently looking for compassionate and reliable Agency Support Workers to join our vibrant team on a flexible basis.

Your Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

* Support individuals with day-to-day life skills (e.g. cooking, cleaning, budgeting)

* Promote independence and build confidence through meaningful activities.

* Encourage community participation and inclusion.

* Help with social interaction and communication development.

* Maintain clear and accurate records and follow care/support plans.

* Work as part of a team to deliver person-centred support.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or similar needs (preferred)
