This part-time role involves providing overnight support, assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported throughout the night. You will work 10-hour shifts from 22:00 to 07:00, two nights per week plus every other weekend. Key Requirements Previous experience with trauma-informed care is essential Experience supporting people with autism is essential Calm, patient and understanding approach Ability to work independently during night shifts Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others What we offer £14 per hour Consistent part-time night work pattern Opportunity to make a real difference in someones life
