Kacee Lodge is a warm and welcoming 7‑bed residential care home in Great Horkesley, Colchester, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs. Our mission is simple: help every individual live a life they love, day or night.

About The Role
As part of our Night Support Team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a calm, safe, and reassuring environment while the rest of the world sleeps. Nights at Kacee Lodge are peaceful, person‑centred, and deeply meaningful. You’ll be there to offer comfort, monitor wellbeing, support bedtime routines, and ensure everyone feels secure throughout the night.
Evenings often include sensory time with soft lights and soothing sounds, winding down after a day spent in the community, attending different community based activities, gardening, or celebrating birthdays with plenty of cake. Our individuals love engaging with staff, and your presence at night helps them rest well and wake ready for another day of joy and achievement.
