PROFILE: To be responsible to the Team Manager as a member of the staff team for the direct day-to-day care of the young people and other supportive tasks and duties. MAIN DUTIES Professional Practice To provide primary care and a nurturing, (therapeutic) environment in line with SHS policy and statutory requirements. To have an understanding of all relevant documentation. To sleep in as part of the rota pattern of the unit.
