As a Support Worker, you'll be a lifeline for people who may be feeling vulnerable after a hospital stay. Whether it's helping with shopping, checking in with a phone call, or simply being a friendly face, your support will help people live more independently. It's more than just a job - it's a chance to give back, grow your skills, and be part of a team that truly cares.
What will a day in the life of a Support Worker involve?
Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.
Responding to referrals from clinicians and community health professionals.
Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user. To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?
A kind, calm and confident approach with great people skills. Right to work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles.
Basic IT skills and a commitment to following procedures. Interested? The
