Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join a committed team, guiding and empowering young people aged 16–25 as they transition into adulthood.
What You’ll Do:

Build trusted, supportive relationships with young people.

Teach and encourage life skills – from budgeting to cooking.
*
Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
*
Support access to education, training, and employment.
*
Maintain high standards in line with Ofsted requirements.
*
Keep clear, accurate records and champion young people’s voices.
About You:

Experience supporting young people (supported accommodation experience desirable).
*
Strong communication, patience, and resilience – especially in challenging situations.
*
Safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to professional conduct.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.
