Key Responsibilities:

Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, ensuring their individual learning needs are met
Assist with classroom activities and adapt learning resources to suit individual students' requirements
Help students to develop their social and emotional skills
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued
Provide feedback to teachers and SENCO on student progress and areas for improvement
Support students during break times, ensuring their safety and well-being
Assist with personal care where needed (depending on student needs)
