We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service. This role focuses on supporting a small number of individuals within the community and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the right to work in the UK in place to apply.
