Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated person looking to make a real difference in someones life? We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities in a supported living environment.

About the Role
You will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by providing personalised care and promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing.

Duties may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
Assisting with personal care (where required)
Encouraging engagement in activities and community participation
Promoting independence and positive outcomes
Working as part of a supportive, professional team

You will work as part of a rota which may include long days, sleeps and/or waking nights.
