We are looking for a Support Worker for two ladies and one gentleman with learning and physical disabilities to continue their homelife and community enjoyment. Having historically lived in institution they are now valued members of their community and welcome staff who have a fun, patient and thoughtful manner.

Key Responsibilities

To support the individuals in their daily activities, homelife, and community enjoyment, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and provide assistance tailored to their learning and physical disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • Female member of staff who is a driver.

Hourly Pay Rates

  • Basic rate, for those working towards adult social care qualification - £13.45
  • For those with Level 2 adult social care qualification - £13.85
  • For those with Level 3 adult social care qualification - £14.50
  • Sleep in - £8.21

Location & Travel

You will work and attend meetings in Flintshire, with only very occasional travel to the office in St Asaph for training.
