We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join a small, person-centred learning disabilities service. This role focuses on supporting a small number of individuals within the community and is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong, long-term relationships.

Package

• £13.60ph days / £15.08ph waking nights

Responsibilities

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities
• Assisting with epilepsy management
• Community access and daily living skills
• Working to person-centred support plans
• Building positive relationships
• Liaising with families and professionals
• Maintaining accurate records
• Promoting dignity and independence

Requirements

• Experience in learning disabilities essential
• Knowledge of epilepsy support
• Must be a driver with own transport
• Available evenings and weekends
• Calm and confident approach
• Team-focused and reliable
• Female preferred due to service needs
• Right to work in the UK

This is a community-based role supporting across BA9, BA4 and DT9 postcodes. Regular travel between visits is required. Travel from home to first visit and last visit home is considered standard commute. xbpsjku
