We're looking for warm, compassionate Bank Support Workers who can offer flexible support tailored to each person's individual needs. ?? What You'll Be Doing As a Support Worker , no two days are ever the same. Your role will be to: Build trusting relationships with the people we support, helping them feel safe, valued and empowered
Support with daily routines like personal care, dressing, medication and meals
