Location: Colchester and surrounding areas (travel required)
Salary: £13.15 per hour (30 hours contracted per week)

This is a unique 30-hour contracted position created especially for someone who enjoys flexibility. Youll be our go-to person across multiple services stepping in to cover holidays, sickness, short-notice absences and anything else that comes up. One week you might be supporting in one house, the next youre somewhere completely different. No two weeks are ever the same!

A full UK manual driving licence (essential youll need your own car)
Experience as a support worker (or similar caring role)
