We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Cardiff providing high-quality care and support to our service users. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives in a supportive and friendly environment.

Requirement

Ideally Candidate must have children's residential care experience however trainings will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and support to service users, promoting independence and dignity.

* Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, mobility support, and medication prompting.

* Build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.

* Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care and observations.

* Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
