(Ref: 281) Support Worker Cardiff Contract: Permanent Location: Cardiff Hours per week: 12 hours weekly (to include 2 x 6 hr hour shifts) Working Pattern: 6 hour shifts Day Shifts Wednesday & Saturday or Sunday (Flexibility essential) Shift Patterns: variable but after 10am in the morning Pay per hour: £16 Closing date: 14/05/2026 (Please note we reserve the right to close the advert earlier if we receive a high volume of suitable applicants) I am 23 years old and have complex health needs due to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. I need 24/7 2:1 support in all areas of daily life and require lots of support on a daily basis with personal care, communication, mobility and with rehabilitation exercises.
