Responsibilities:

• Support clients with daily activities, hobbies, and community integration.
• Provide respectful and dignified personal care, including assistance with toileting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
• Foster a safe, positive, and empowering environment for all clients.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential client records.
• Deliver hygiene, dressing, and nutritional support while maintaining resident dignity.
• Perform safe manual handling and medication administration per CQC protocols.
• Document daily progress and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with adults with autism and learning disabilities is desirable.
• Knowledge of care planning systems and keyworking principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to use your own initiative.
• Good IT skills for documentation and record-keeping.
• A full, clean driving licence and access to a car.
• Familiarity with supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD, or complex needs.
• Understanding of safeguarding, "Person-Centered" care, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to utilise adaptive communication methods (verbal and non-verbal).
• Skill in identifying triggers and maintaining a calm, therapeutic environment.

• Be creative, proactive and flexible in their supporting style.
• Have experience with SEND or knowledge learning difficulties.
