The service is a  Mental Health treatment centre in Suffolk The hospital is set within rural green hospital grounds, within easy reach and comes with free parking on site, making for excellent transport links for staff. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Nurse on shift and will need to have good communication skills, excellent team working skills, be highly self-motivated with a flexible approach, and have some appreciation of mental health conditions.Person Specification The successful applicant must have:

demonstrable Knowledge and experience working within Acute Mental Health and/or eating disorders. Practical PMVA Training and Basic Life Support dated within 12 months. Mandatory Training dates within 12 months Fantastic communication skills Ability to work flexibly and commit to working hours mentioned above.
