Healthcare Assistants/ Support Worker - Care Home Location: Surbiton Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Salary: £15.70 - £16.70 per hour + excellent benefits

Hero Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of our partnered care providers for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join a brand-new care home opening soon in the Woking area.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You’ll be part of the founding team, helping create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect • Supporting residents with daily living tasks • Building trusting and positive relationships with residents • Promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing • Working closely with clinical and wellbeing teams • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records

About You

• Experience as an HCA is desirable but not essential – full training provided • A genuine passion for caring for others • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards
