As a Support Chef, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding experience for our school. Working together with our onsite teams to provide support and training Supporting our portfolio of schools to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, and following the companies brand standards To comply with all Company policies and regulations in respect of health, safety, and environmental management at work and to ensure the highest standards of kitchen practice and hygiene Take responsibility for menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, as appropriate. Our ideal Support Chef will be: Passionate about food and great customer service You will need to be financially astute, but we'll make sure you receive full training in all our processes and software systems to help you.
