Job Description This role acts as the primary interface between the Digital Technology Services organisation and Transformation & Enablement functions, with a focus on Support & Services, Supply Chain and ERP. This role is to ensure digital enablement initiatives are effectively planned, funded, delivered, and maintained to meet business needs. It provides key support to Procurement and Supply Chain areas across Support & Services and Manufacturing, including functions such as forecasting and warehousing. It will also provide a key interface with our Maintenance Systems Competency Centre, a key delivery engine for S&S and their Elevate Programme. The role also manages senior stakeholder relationships, aligning DTS services with the strategic priorities of S&S, Procurement, Supply Chain, and ERP functions. Core duties
Lead digital enablement across Support and Services, Supply Chain and ERP, translating business plans into integrated, value‑driven technology solutions Able to work collaboratively and high facilitation skills to bring cross functional teams together Own and deliver a portfolio of transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with functional roadmaps and enterprise strategy Partner with business and application owners to define digital capability plans, including roadmaps, data quality, architecture, and process integration Drive end‑to‑end programme and project delivery, embedding best practice across predictive and agile methodologies Align stakeholders across DTS, Competency Centres, Shared Services and Lines of Business to ensure cohesive, scalable digital services Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring business needs, user value, and long‑term service performance are at the centre of delivery
Essential skills
Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Relevant professional or vocational qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Foundation, HNC, Computer Science) Significant experience working within an IT function, ideally in a relevant domain such as Supply Chain, ERP, or digital transformation Experience in a consultancy, leadership, or people management role Understanding of technology delivery within complex organisational environments
