Support Practitioners – Elgin
£17 - £18 per hour (+£96 per sleepover)

Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a brilliant service in Elgin that’s on the lookout for Support Practitioners to join their friendly and dedicated team.

As a Support Practitioner, your role will centre around helping people live the lives they want to live—with as much independence and choice as possible. You’ll be supporting individuals in their own homes and out in the community, helping them reach personal goals, engage in meaningful activities, and develop life skills.

That could mean anything from supporting with personal care, health and wellbeing, to planning social events, exploring hobbies, or helping someone take control of their household tasks. No two days are the same.

Shift Patterns

This is a 24/7 service, so shift patterns include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and occasional sleepovers. Sleepovers are paid at an additional £96 per shift, on top of your regular hours.
