Support Practitioner Perth & Blairgowrie - Young People Transitioning to Adult services Full-time, part-time, and relief roles available. Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata (Pay award pending the new rate will be confirmed at interview (subject to formal agreement). We are looking for individuals who have a passion to support young people through their transition into adulthood. This could include college support, being in their first tenancy, enhancing life skills andsupporting group activities.You will provide social, emotional and practical support to meet young peoples agreed outcomes. Your main duties will include but not be limited to: Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people. Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships. Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
