Support Practitioner (Complex Care) – Ayrshire (£16.00 per hour)

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Support Practitioner to join a supported housing service in Ayrshire. This is a contract role paying £16.00 per hour, working with vulnerable adults who require practical and emotional support to maintain their independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering person-centred support based on individual needs and outcomes

Assisting with day-to-day activities such as budgeting, shopping, and maintaining tenancies

Promoting social inclusion and encouraging engagement with the local community

Monitoring and reviewing support plans regularly with service users

*

Reporting concerns and safeguarding issues in line with policies

This role would suit someone with experience in supported housing, social care, or community outreach. Flexibility with shifts is also available
